What Gets Deleted

When you request data deletion, we will permanently remove:

Account information: Email address and any profile data
Training data: All sessions, workouts, and exercises you've created
Usage history: Any analytics data associated with your account
Subscription records: Our records of your subscription (note: you must cancel subscriptions separately through the App Store or Google Play)

Important Notes

This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
If you have an active subscription, please cancel it through your device's app store settings before requesting deletion.
Data deletion will be processed within 30 days of receiving your request.
We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., transaction records for tax purposes).

Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your data, please email us directly at support@studiofoam.dev with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the following information:

Required Information:

The email address associated with your account
Which app(s) you want your data deleted from (e.g., Flash Forward)
Confirmation that you understand this action is permanent

We will verify your identity by sending a confirmation email to the address you provide. Once verified, we will process your deletion request and notify you when complete.

Alternative: Delete Within the App

You can also delete your account directly within the Flash Forward app:

Open Flash Forward
Go to Settings
Tap "Delete Account"
Confirm deletion
